bulletBooks For All Ages: Books, paperbacks, large print books, magazines. For a complete list of Youth Services, click here.

bulletBookmobile Services: Currently runs 4 days per week and is available to patrons who are unable to access the library themselves. Whether it is for a limited amount of time such as for an illness, or for an extended period of disability or infirmity, the bookmobile is available to serve the homebound.

bulletInterlibrary Loan: Many books not found in our collection can be borrowed from another library.

bulletReference: We will search for information we cannot supply in-house at the best location we can access.

bulletCassettes & CDs: We offer books on cassette and CD, and a small music collection. Our bookmobile can deliver books on tape to those who are homebound. Or, patrons in any county in Kentucky can also access "talking books" through the Kentucky Talking Book Library. Follow this link to learn more about this service.

bulletVideos & DVDs: Videos and DVDs can be checked out for seven days (limit 5 videos and/or DVDs per adult). Note that there is a $2.00 late fee for each movie and for each day overdue. Videos cannot be renewed over the phone.

bulletComputers: Computers and internet services are available to all adult patrons. Patrons under the age of 18 may use the services with a parent or guardian's permission. *(See below for more detailed explanation of internet policy.)

bulletStory Hour Programs:

  • Toddler Time for 2 year olds and their mothers each Thursday from 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. Starts Sept. 21.
  • Preschool Story Time for 3 - 5 year olds Wednesday mornings, 10:00-10:45 a.m. Starts Sept. 22.

bulletMeeting Room: Room for use by community groups and non-profit organizations; reservations required.

bulletBook Drop: For use when library is closed. Videos can be put in the book drop.

bulletFax Machine: $2.00 for the first 10 pages, $4.00 for 11-20 pages ect. $1.00 to receive (any #). Fax number 502-839-7243.

bullet* Internet Policy: The library's computers are public machines. Accessing sites that are pornographic or extremely violent is offensive to other patrons and staff and possibly illegal. Internet privileges will be revoked if a patron deliberately visits these sites.
